She became a Partner in May, 2005. She received her B.S. in Management / Marketing from Oregon State University in May 1989. She also received a Certificate of Professional Development and Human Resources Management from Portland State University and from Boise State University. Ms. Brocke is a member of the Human Resource Association of Treasure Valley (HRATV) in which she has served as a Board Member. She is also a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Southern Idaho Compensation and Benefits Association (SICBA), and served on the Idaho Power Advisory Committee. She also served as President of the Boise Alumnae Chapter of Delta Delta Delta and as an Ambassador for the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce. Susie is also a member of the National Health Underwriters Association, the AGC, and involved with the Middleton Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining Myriad, Ms. Brocke worked as the Human Resource Manager for Moffatt Thomas Barrett Rock & Fields. She has also worked as a Human Resource Manager for Woodgrain Millwork in Nampa, Idaho and as the Corporate Benefits Administrator at BMC West Corporation. She has over 15 years working in the human resources field, analyzing employee benefit plans and managing human resource functions focusing on compensation issues, benefits analysis, Section 125 plans and retirement/profit sharing plans.

He became a Partner in May, 2005. He attended University of Idaho, studying Business. Winston is a fully certified and licensed broker with the State of Idaho Department of Insurance. He joined Myriad Benefits as a Client Representative providing him with a wealth of knowledge on the inner workings of this organization. He has extensive experience in the design, implementation and communication of employee benefits. Mr. Goss is a member of National Health Underwriters Association and Idaho Health Underwriters Association. He is actively involved with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Special Olympics, assisting with main events throughout the year. Winston is also an active member of the Boise Chamber of Commerce and Hillcrest Country Club.

He became a Partner in May, 2005. He attended Bakersfield College and Orange Coast College. Upon graduation from Van der Meer Tennis University, Cary directed the tennis operations at Spring Valley Lake Country Club. He is an active member of and past President of Idaho Association of Health Underwriters (IAHU). In 1981, Cary moved to Boise to begin a career with Blue Cross of Idaho as District Sales Manager. Cary earned the designation as Certified Health Consultant (CHC). He joined Myriad Benefits 15 years later with a wealth of experience and knowledge from working within a local insurance carrier. Cary provides insightful solutions in managing employee benefits and health care costs. He understands that each employer is unique and tailors the plan to fit the client.

He became a Partner in May, 2005. He received his B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from Northwest Nazerene College in 1984. He played baseball for the NNU Crusaders. Ron also attended Treasure Valley Community College and Boise State University. Mr. Hezeltine has earned the designation as a Certified Health Consultant (CHC). He is a Select Broker with both Blue Cross of Idaho and Regence Blue Shield. Ron also has served on the Broker Advisory Board for Primary Health Plan. Ron has a strong background in the analysis of plan design and experience, renewal strategies, annual reporting, and self-funded plans. Prior to joining Myriad, Ron worked for Blue Cross of Idaho as a District Sales Manager. He also worked as Project Coordinator for Peak Health Plan and a Registered Agent for New York Life. Ron has over 22 years of experience and expertise in the health insurance industry. He is a member of NAHU, the Meridian Chamber of Commerce, the BCA and AGC. He is an active in his church as well.

She became a Partner in May, 2005. She received her B.S. in Business Management from Lewis Clark State College in 1995. She is a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, National Association of Health Underwriters and Human Resource Association of Treasure Valley as well as participates as a Speaker at George Fox University. She is a Preferred Broker with Blue Cross of Idaho, Regence Blue Shield, Primary Health and Metropolitan Life. Melinda also serves as a Board Member for the Idaho Cowboy Association. Prior to joining Myriad, Melinda worked as a Marketing/Account Support at Regence Blue Shield of Idaho. She is a benefit specialist that has a detailed knowledge of all carrier plans and benefit designs. She has completed courses in employee benefits including Medicare and ancillary products. In addition, she conducts employee education and training sessions about health care and employer sponsored benefits.

He became a Partner in May, 2005. He received his B.S. in Marketing from University of Idaho in 1991. Mr. Stephenson served as President of the Eagle Rotary Club. He is also a member of National Health Underwriters Association and Boise Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is actively involved with Saint Marks Parish. He is also involved with the Eagle Chamber of Commerce and the Eagle Rotary Club. Derek has served on the Primary Health Broker Advisory Council. He has been designated as a Preferred Broker with Blue Cross of Idaho, Regence Blue Shield and Primary Health Plan. He also is a member of NAIA. Prior to joining Myriad, Derek began his career in the health insurance industry in Seattle, Washington working for Anthem Health. He also worked for CNA as a District Sales Manager covering four states. Returning to Idaho, he was a Group Representative at Primary Health. Derek has over 15 years in the health insurance and employee benefits arena.

He became a Partner in May, 2005. After attending Boise State University, he spent the next 24 years in a successful career in the title insurance industry. His experience encompassed every facet of the business including commercial title officer, branch management and corporate marketing director. Greg is past President of the Idaho Land Title Association (ILTA) and served as the ILTA Chairman for the Liaison Committee to the State Department of Insurance. Mr. Wonacott is fully licensed and certified with the State of Idaho Department of Insurance, maintaining a license in health, life and disability. He is an active member of the National Health Underwriters Association, Boise Southwest Rotary Club, Boise Chamber of Commerce, Bronco Athletic Association and the Boise YMCA.

After graduating from the University of New Mexico, Todd began his career in the insurance industry in 1996 as a representative of the Primary Health Plan where he developed, designed and sold health insurance products and services in the Treasure Valley area. He joined Myriad Benefits in 1999 as an associate broker to begin building his career as an employee benefit consultant. In 2003, Todd ventured off to establish his own benefits consulting firm, Employee Benefits Solutions, but then re-joined Myriad in 2007 as a senior associate. Mr. Dannenberg is fully licensed and certified with the State of Idaho Department of Insurance, maintaining a license in health, life and disability.

With more than 23 years experience including, most recently, the founder and owner of Strategic Benefits for 8 years. Prior to that, Kelly was Vice-President at Western Benefit Solutions for 6 years and Account Manager at Mercer, (formerly Marsh – Sedgwick). Her work and one of her passions is to help others. She has a strong background in helping employers implement efficient wellness programs and has developed My Healthy Tools as a resource to her clients (www.myhealthytools.com). As owner and lead consultant for Strategic Benefits, Kelly was responsible for all client advisory and consulting services. Kelly is experienced and respected in the business community and has often been invited to speak as an expert on benefits related subjects for organizations such as Idaho Society of CPA’s (Industry & Education Group), Southern Idaho Compensation and Benefits Association, Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce and Lorman Education Services. The Chartered Benefit Consultant designation was attained by demonstrating the highest level of education and training available in the field of Consumer Driven Health (HRAs and HSAs).

Prior to joining Myriad, Joe worked as a Pharmacy Business Consultant for Cardinal Health. His education and background in management have helped develop a strong foundation for focusing on a client’s needs to control the bottom line with regards to their employee benefit plans. Mr. Norbe received a BS in Economics from the University of Utah in 2005. Joe is fully licensed and certified with the State of Idaho Department of Insurance, maintaining a license in health, life and disability. He is an active member of the National Health Underwriters Association, Boise Chamber of Commerce, and the Association of General Contractors (AGC).

She has exceptional focus on taking care of clients’ needs and providing support in the day-to-day functions of customer service.

She has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. She previously worked for a local agency handling group benefit plans, customer service and support to the sales team. She attended Lewis Clark State College prior to starting her career with AIA Insurance. Marlys is an outstanding advocate for our clients, addressing questions or concerns regarding their respective benefit plans. She has a thorough understanding of the intricacies of the insurance carriers processes and plans thus providing exceptional support to the team of brokers. Ms. Hill is licensed in health, life and disability with the State of Idaho Department of Insurance. She is very active in her church and other community events and fundraisers as well as raising a family.

She has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry.  Vicki has a thorough understanding of group health plans. Her prior experience with a TPA provided her with strong customer service and problem solving skills. Mrs. levis is licensed in health and disability with the State of Idaho Department of Insurance.

She previously worked for a regional agency in a administrative support role providing exceptional customer service and support. Lisa attended Ricks Jr. College and is an Idaho native. In her role with Myriad Benefits, Lisa handles the administrative details of the office. She has exceptional customer service skills and works hard to resolve issues for our clients and their employees. Lisa is very active in her church and volunteer activities. She also is extremely involved in her very large family and the many events in which they all participate.

She attended Boise State University working towards a degree in Health Information Technology/Medical Records. She has experience as a Medical Records Technician and Cancer Data Controller working with medical coding standards and reportability. Ms Wood most recently worked as a Client Manager for regional agency in which she assisted employers of varying sizes with their benefit plans. Ms. Wood is a member of the National Health Underwriters Association and Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley. She is also is fully licensed and certified with the State of Idaho Department of Insurance, maintaining a license in health, life and disability. Jessica handles administration and marketing aspects of the COBRA Administration services offered by MBA. She works closely with clients on coordinating the COBRA requirements ensuring that they are in compliance with all the complexities of this law.

Layni Culley Flex / Buydown Administrator (208) 343-6107 Office (208) 387-0242 Fax Layni Culley joined Myriad Benefits Administrators (MBA) in April, 2010. She attends the College of Western Idaho working towards a degree in Nursing. She has experience in the healthcare industry as a CNA as well as worked for Red Cliffs Regional Rehab as Director of Personnel & Central Supply. Layni most recently worked as a Flexible Benefits and Payroll CSR Supervisor expanding her knowledge in customer service and the employee benefits arena. Layni handles administration and marketing aspects of the Flexible Benefits Plan Administration and HRA/Buydown Administration services offered by MBA. She works closely with clients on coordinating Flex Plans, Plan Documents, Discrimination Testing and Compliance issues. She also works with clients to manage their HRA and/or Buydown programs through claims processing and reimbursements.
