Plans may vary from Traditional coverage to Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) to Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO).

Dental - Increasing studies show oral health is a key component to an individual’s overall health. Dental plans typically include preventative x-rays, exams and cleanings and normally include coverage for basic and major services. Orthodontia coverage can be added as an additional benefit. Dental plans can be offered as a voluntary or group sponsored plan.

Vision - Vision coverage typically includes an eye examination and may include an allowance for frames, lenses and contacts. Lasik Surgery discounts may also be available.

Disability - More and more employers recognize the importance of providing income replacement to their valued employees in case of disability. Short Term and Long Term Disability can be provided by the employer or purchased by the employee on a voluntary basis. Short and Long Term Disability can be purchased together or separately.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - An employee assistance program provides front-line free and confidential counseling for any personal problem. An EAP strives to increase job performance and provide early intervention preventing major health or job issues.

Voluntary Products - Many employees see value in the opportunity to purchase additional benefits on a voluntary basis. Such products can include vision, dental, life, disability, accident and cancer policies. The employer can arrange for payroll deduction of the premium for such policies.
