Michael R Goss, CLU, our founder, is an Idaho native who began his insurance career in 1972. He was awarded the CLU designation in 1978.

He developed the ‘Buy-Down” concept in 1981. He has developed and taught Department of Insurance approved continuing education courses in ERISA, Cobra, HIPAA, HSA, HRA and other insurance and government issues. In 1999 he began COBRA CONNECTION OF IDAHO. It is a complete outsourcing company designed to provide COBRA compliance to Idaho employers.
