Susie joined Myriad Benefits in 2004 as an associate.  She became a Partner in May, 2005.  She received her B.S. in Management / Marketing from Oregon State University in May 1989. She also received a Certificate of Professional Development and Human Resources Management from Portland State University and from Boise State University. Ms. Brocke is a member of the Human Resource Association of Treasure Valley (HRATV) in which she currently serves as a Board Member. She is also a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Southern Idaho Compensation and Benefits Association (SICBA), and serves on the Idaho Power Advisory Committee. She also serves as President of the Boise Alumnae Chapter of Delta Delta Delta and as an Ambassador for the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce. Susie is also a member of the National Health Underwriters Association.

Prior to joining Myriad, Ms. Brocke worked as the Human Resource Manager for Moffatt Thomas Barrett Rock & Fields.  She has also worked as a Human Resource Manager for Woodgrain Millwork in Nampa, Idaho and as the Corporate Benefits Administrator at BMC West Corporation. She has over 15 years working in the human resources field, analyzing employee benefit plans and managing human resource functions.
